At The Mineral Body, we stand by the quality of our digital products.

Digital Products (PDFs, Courses, Toolkits):
Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Physical Products:
If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be unused and in original packaging.

Consultations:
Scheduled consultation cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Missed phone appointments are non-refundable.
