I have done her course, and all the information that Lauren so generously shares in her social media platforms , becomes so much more powerful in the course because it’s all put together, step by step, in a very organised manner – and becomes a sum far larger than its parts. Truly. A must do for anyone seriously interested in the salts.

I have done a deep dive into the subject, read several books and explored many teachers online – but no one compares to Lauren. This is not simply an adulatory remark - let me tell you why: She gives us both the practical and deeper aspects of every remedy -and so many subtle nuances which I have found nowhere else !  So that each remedy comes alive in our minds beyond its basic description, otherwise one can simply read them up and think one has understood them!
